Delhi produces an unreasonable number of fitness creators, but most feeds are thirty-second physique clips with no story attached. This list is different on purpose: all seven people here document the work in public — the food, the programming, the timelines, the setbacks — so you can actually learn something by following along.
Who made this list, and how?
We verified every handle below through public sources before featuring anyone (our editorial policy explains why). Everyone here is a public creator sharing their own journey; the posts you see are official Instagram embeds, hosted by Instagram, controlled by them.
Rohit Khatri — the sports-science voice from Dwarka
A sports science nutritionist born in Narela and building his base in Dwarka, Rohit Khatri runs one of India’s largest fitness YouTube channels alongside his Instagram. His content leans hard into the practical: full days of eating, natural-transformation timelines, and myth-busting around fat loss and muscle gain.
Soniya Singh Khatri — strength training without the gatekeeping
Delhi-based Soniya Singh Khatri (@fitgirl_08) built an audience in the millions with a mix of workout routines, nutrition tips and mental-wellness content. She co-owns the RK Fitness gym in Delhi with husband Rohit Khatri, and her feed is one of the more approachable entry points for women starting strength training. Follow @fitgirl_08.
Gaurav Taneja — engineering discipline applied to lifting
An IIT Kharagpur civil engineer and former airline pilot, Gaurav Taneja (Flying Beast) has been documenting his training publicly for years through FitMuscle TV and his Instagram. What makes his content worth following is the consistency: family life, professional chaos and competition prep, all on camera.
Vasu Mittal — the transformation specialist
Training since 2014 and coaching from New Delhi, Vasu Mittal built his name on client transformations and no-excuses training content, later founding his own nutrition brand. His feed is heavy on training philosophy — less “look at me”, more “here’s the standard”.
Shaifali Halwai — strength and confidence for women
Delhi’s Shaifali Halwai centres her content on one line from her own bio: helping women feel strong and confident. Expect strength-training routines, nutrition structure and honest lifestyle content; she has worked with major Indian fitness brands including MuscleBlaze.
Rubal Dhankar — from Delhi Police beat to coaching
Rubal Dhankar joined Delhi Police as a constable around 2008 and trained his way to national attention on MTV Roadies X4 in 2016. He now shares free workout programs, transformation content and unfiltered training vlogs, and runs the Aesthetic Indians community. The Delhi-cop-to-creator arc is the kind of real-journey documentation this publication exists for.
Garima Barnoliya — Delhi’s IFBB Figure Pro
Garima Barnoliya earned her IFBB pro card after taking the Overall Champion title at the Sheru Classic Amateur Olympia in 2024 — a documented, competition-verified transformation if there ever was one. Her feed follows prep, posing and the unglamorous middle of competitive bodybuilding from Delhi. Follow @ifbbpro_garimabfit.
What should you actually copy from these seven?
Not the physiques — the documentation habit. Every creator on this list wins for the same reason: they show the boring middle (meals, programming, plateaus) instead of just the before/after. If you’re starting your own journey in Delhi, that’s the part worth imitating — and if you’re already documenting yours, we’d like to hear it.
Everyone featured here is a public creator documenting their own journey. Visuals are official Instagram embeds — we host none of their media, and embeds disappear automatically if a source post is removed. Read our editorial policy or request a takedown.
